It is not too bad. I have a horrible headache and runny nose and congestion. Couldn't get out of bed yesterday but today seems better. Had the Moderna second dose two months ago. My mom recently travelled to Seattle and came home with it, I picked her up from the airport.

If you have it, the vaccination is keeping you out of the hospital.

(1,354 posts)The delta variant is VERY easily transmitted, like catch it just by walking by someone who has it tramsmissible...
So, alone, in a car for a however many minutes drive... pretty good chance.
Feel better.

(1,354 posts)But, if you do get it, being vaccinated keeps it from blossoming into a serious case... for most people.
But, as usual, I must add the caveat that this disease is new and the science changes daily as we discover more.
