Actually, I went to bed thinking it had gone bad. OBAMA’s voice sounded hesitant, faltering, while Mittens sounded sonorous in the sense of a 2X4 knocking you on the head. But this morning I was surprised to see the cable yakkers all saying the win was clear, all in their own ways: the closet Lefties happily, the wingnuts pointing to Mittens’ “lost opportunities.”

But with the barrage of clips, my impression was that Mittens is an annoying little dog you can’t shake off your leg. Actually, my word for him from the first debate was “mouth breather,” and so now the image is of an annoying mouth breather pestering. In his case it would have to be an Standard Poodle size. And the “binders full of women” line brings up the image of POLYGAMY: Lots of women for one man, such that CONTAINERS would be needed for all the women.
