widespread heavy rains bring record totals and flooding to much of Arizona this week

drought busting in progress expected to continue thru saturday. here are some of the rain totals with many areas reporting over 2 inches of rain...

Can make it to the Colorado River or someplace like that.
Unless people start to build containment facilities to catch monsoonal rain as they do in China and India, most of that water is wasted.
