People who refuse the Covid vaccine for no health reason should also be charged more—a lot more. Smokers mostly hurt themselves (though second-hand smoke can be an issue), but anti-vaxxers spread a disease that kills others.

Meanwhile, the rest of us -- including and especially health-care workers -- have to deal with the consequences of his "freeDUMB" posturing, and attempting to position himself as a candidate for 2024.

.

These sponges are shifting the debts onto the state, taxpayer, and private insurance companies, socializing their stupidity across these platforms and making everyone else pay more. They're the same assholes who will stiff the hospitals for unpaid bills.

Life Insurance companies should update their policies to treat being unvaccinated tantamount to ending your own life.

I'm generally like you, but this shit is once again wreaking havoc. And now we have a way to keep it fairly under control and these fools are refusing to be part of the solution.
So my patience has worn & i'm ready for them to bear the brunt.
And the WORST thing is for them to be the "minor symptoms" cases. I know a few of those people; "I got it; I just felt sick a couple days" types.

as it is pushing me to be someone that normally I'm not. I don't want to feel satisfaction because some fool gets sick or dies, but damn, their words and behavior could be literally killing others. I really don't know what the right answer is in this situation. I don't want to be like them, taking pleasure in other people's suffering, to reinforce my belief system, but if they don't suffer consequences, more people will get sick.

I remember when Trump got sick and he used his "speedy recovery" (with the most advanced medical care in the world), as justification for not taking the pandemic seriously. If HE could get over it, then everyone else should be able to as well. All he cared about was his image and his political future. I just can't fathom how anyone can be so cruel and dismissive of the lives of others.

they have 300 employees between new and old car places. She said they just got 6 positive cases, most they ever had since beginning of this.

They immediately went back to masks at work, they only had two weeks of no masks she said. She is in Bay Area CA. And they hired a guy during covid to do extra sanitizing and they had just stopped it, why I don't know but that is back too.

So 2 were unvaccinated, 2 had Johnson & Johnson and 2 had Moderna. And they are all sick not just positive, she said like worst cold they had ever had.
