"Patriotic" Americans.

Speaker Pelosi called Rep. Adam Kinzinger a "patriotic" American. She said he was acting out of patriotism.

How many Republicons that participated in the failed coup would you call "patriotic"? That is not a word that instantly comes to mind.

In my opinion, one doesn't have to wrap himself in the flag or to stand for the anthem to be "patriotic". However, one must understand that we are one nation and we stand together or we fall. With all our flaws and faults, we are still one people.

Those that participated in the failed coup fail to see it in that perspective. They attack those that kneel in protest when the anthem is played. Then they attack police officers, that protect our Capitol, with their flags and flagpoles. They take down American flags and put up their TRUMP flags. They are not patriots. They are not patriotic.

Would you ever vote for someone that had so little respect for our country?

1. RW'ers who call themselves patriotic & approve of 1/6 are totally ignorant of what that means.

They think the Confederacy was actually the patriotic party - that is how totally ignorant and stupid they are. They think America is the land of the white so only whites have privileges and think that is part of the constitution. They don't want women, minorities or the young to be able to vote - only white repugs. They have no idea of what the word patriot even means.

4. The trump insurrectionists are traitors

They elevated trump flags above that of our National flag while using our National flag to beat their way through Capitol Police to try and stop the certification of President Biden’s election victory. These insurrectionists are not patriots, they are members of the trump cult and just like their leader, are traitors to Democracy and its Constitution. I still want to know, what other information trumps regime was hiding, under password protection, on White House computers, while using the “National Security” excuse.

And, on an unrelated topic, whatever happened to all the damning information, tapes, video, photographs and whatever else was confiscated, from Jeffrey Epstein’s safe at his New York Mansion? Did traitor, “the winners write the history,” Bill Barr, take custody of the contents of the safe, and if so, where is all of this potential evidence?
