My edrocinologist called me

To tell me my antibodies to covid from the vaccine are good. Flourishing.

Good to know my body is making enough antibodies.

She wanted me to do a test after my shots because I only had a really mild reaction to the vaccine.

And have pre existing conditions that could interfere with the vaccine making antibodies .

She's difficult to get in touch with.

I think it was a covid test, but it might not be.

When I find out I'll post it here.

It did require a blood draw.

Mrs Best has endocrine issues and she had a mild reaction to the vaccine. She's scheduled to get blood work next week and she might want them to test for Covid antibodies as well.

Ask to get tested for the level of covid antibodies Mrs.Best has.

My doctor did it without me asking because she's a damn good and consiencous person.

She is a kick ass endro I am so lucky to have her and I will go to her as long as her practice exists.

She's also a flaming lib. We always spend a few minutes when we see each other to bitch about politics.

She kicked all the anti mask assholes and racists out of her patients list because they were assholes to her and she had enough of thier shit and for spreading covid.

She runs her own office. She can kick anyone out of her practice she needs to and refer them to another endro.

I've heard of people with little reaction. Personally, I got blitzed by shot #2 Pfizer. I wonder if it was because I had it so close to the first jab - 18 days. Now I think it's more like 21-42 days

no reaction to the Pfizer vax and neither did my husband or my sisters or their husbands. Have a friend who got the Moderna in December right before Christmas (she’s a nurse) and her second shot wiped her out.

Trulicity. I'm curious is there's a test she needs to take? She had no reaction to her Pfizer shots, nor did I.

Happy for your good news.

I'm diabetic 2 and I thought my antibodies would be crappy, but they aren't.

Ask your doctor to test for your covid antibodies level to be sure.
