Should Democrats start at the bottom or the top?

Should they subpoena those lesser-known Republicans that were in the Capitol the day it was attacked? Would they be less-inclined to violate a subpoena, than say a Jim Jordan or a Jim Banks?

Would they do what their leader, McCarthy, ordered them to do? Why did they vote against certifying the Electoral College? Why did they believe the election was stolen?

There were 135 of them that voted against certifying the election.

Or should they begin at the top by subpoenaing Kevin McCarthy?

Is this a strategy they may be thinking about?

That's why they might get better cooperation from the lesser-knowns that were at the Capitol on January 6th. Get them to describe their experiences on that day.
