I was going to school in Rochester, New York. I think New York passed their clean waters act soon after that

.... but on a lighter side - I love how Great Lakes Brewing (micro beer brewing company) named one of theirs "Burning River Pale Ale." (I did have to explain this story to people who didn't understand the name).
