This sets up the failure up the chain, and THAT means those up the chain who failed know they better either flip on those who gave THEM their instructions, or they're going to have a world of trouble.

I am not a simplistic person in terms of my viewpoints, so I see people in their complexities. Would I ever support her politically? Hell no. But, I will credit her professionalism in defending the constitution at her own considerable expense.
