In the video, skip to 13:30 for the start of the pressor. This incident happened Friday, it's nice to see arrests so quickly instead of months or years later. The video that caused the arrests is included and starts at about 17:05... CAUTION... It is very disturbing.

The fucker was proud of what he did.... Sheesh. He should be charged with attempted murder.
