If she didn’t call on him Fox would make a big stink about it. I think all the networks and newspapers expect a question every day.

She’s always ready for him. I’d bet that’s a daily inside office joke to prep for it. He always uses some stupid contrived BS from let’s say one of the top 5 stories on their website.
