(6,150 posts)My sister-in-law is a nurse at an assisted living facility in New Hampshire.
She's been vaccinated, but insists it's a personal decision, and no one should be required to get the Covid vaccine.
She supports the right of medical personnel to refuse to be vaccinated.
I do to, but I also support the right of the medical facility to fire them.
It's all about protecting the patients. She can't see this.
I really don't feel the need to talk to her anymore...at all.

(24,718 posts)Even my IRL friends who share my politics - we just don't want to waste our precious time harping on it. Plus, we get too upset.
I love it here because I know you guys want to talk politics, and by and large share my views!
