Biden Hater’s Banners That Town Called Obscene Can Stay Up, Court Rules

A New Jersey woman can leave her banners as is after a ruling that the American Civil Liberties Union hailed as a victory for free speech.

They have a right but they show great contempt for
their neighbors. Imagine trying to sell your home and your neighbor has his or her home festooned with flags with obscenities. At least the car idiot is only bringing negative attention to himself or herself.

The town ordinance was bullshit to begin with and you would've thought that their attorney would have told them so.

Score one for the 1st Amendment.

yeah, there's an ordinance for that, and that they are not empowered to rule on the constitutionality of said ordinance.

I think the municipal judge's hands were tied.

Bring on the anguish.

I'm just wondering why the town's attorney didn't tell the lawmakers that the ordinance was blatantly unconstitutional when it was proposed.

(as they are the majority of the time). And this was a thoroughly predictable outcome. The 'state' should steer well clear of picking and choosing what type of thought, and speech, will be sanctioned.
