just because they can't claim executive privilege doesn't mean they won't challenge subpoenas. The thing that Democrats have going for them is that the DOJ will back the select committee in court.

we need to find out how many were complicit in the insurrection. Were they involved in Capitol tours? Who disabled the panic buttons? Who financed the insurrection?

The most chilling thing one of the officers testified yesterday was when he said that the terrorists wanted to kill Democrats to gain a majority in the House. Wow, no one is considering that possibility.
