If McConnell knew what he was going to do, he would have probably tried to force Lisa Murkowski to vote for it. Neither Murkowski or Collins are principled enough to have voted against it if they knew for a fact that their votes were the difference. I get sick of people giving them credit, when the reality is that they only voted no because they probably figured it would have passed without their votes.
