1. Line 3 does not cross Lake Superior, and this project is replacing a line that also crosses the

Mississippi twice. The Minnesota stretch is also about two-thirds done.

Allows tarr sands and I didn’t mean to imply it crosses lake but could pollute lake if spill. Terrible nvironmental risk
