Just look at his face, look at it!

This picture speaks volumes and it breaks my heart to see the suffering there. Officer Dunn, raw emotion on his face. You can feel his pain, not just about that day when he was called a N***** a F****** N***** by Don and the GOP's white racist flock.

They were beaten, abused and nearly lost their lives for protecting the capital, it's members and our Constitution. They were thanked and applauded by many in America. GOP, not so much they turned their collective backs on them...nothing to see here. The GOP pulled their blinders up and lied through their teeth about that day. Pictures don't lie.

He had to wear a plate as he was carrying a long gun. Adds close to 25 lbs to your gear.

I’m ashamed that this happened. I’m ashamed of every last pathetic disgusting selfish grandstanding schmuck out there that day, giving a black eye and a bloody nose to the very idea of America.

They are TERRORISTS, in every sense of the word.

That is is funny how auto correct keeps changing the word terrorist to tourist.

Not ha ha funny. We know they spelled their word correctly.

The testimony from them made me cry. The pain and the fear that they might not make it home that night, I can't even.

4. The GOP is destroying the country

America is based on a foundation of strong principles and ideals. The GOP has made those principles and those ideals its major target in the ideological warfare it is waging against the American people. It has, so far, succeeded in its efforts to undermine our democracy to a disturbing -- even frightening -- degree.

The fact that most GOP Senators and Representatives refuse to acknowledge the heroism displayed by the police on January 6th, that they belittle the courage and patriotism shown by the fabled "thin blue line" that day, tells the world all that anyone needs to know about their true values and beliefs.

However Mo Brooks did a full day in advance and was so frightened for his safety that he wore a bullet proof vest. Think about that. I wonder how many other GOP wore them and left the Capital Police alone that day. No support. None.

Their respect and support for the police is just as phony as their respect and support for the military.

They were calm and confident. I say calm and their testimony was, however their faces and breaking voices told you that they were doing their best to carry on.
