If the district has a mandate and they lied, they should get serious time. If the district doesn't have a mandate, there's nothing anyone can do to hold them accountable.

At one point they made several vaccines required for teachers. Covid should be on the same list. If you do not have proof of vaccination, you should be put on administrative leave (without pay) because you are putting your other teachers and students at risk.If they are not vaccinated promptly, they have decided that they do not want to be employed.

The only way out of this one should be medical issues that make it impossible to get the vaccine.

As a teacher, the safety of the students is higher on Maslow's hierarchy of needs so get the Fauci ouchie or get a new job.

Thanks for mentioning Maslow-- that fits in with some other stuff I'm researching.

And, yes, the safety of the students is paramount.

Intentionally? Hard to prove but I would think current laws would apply? Assault? Criminal manslaughter?
But. How about a national registry like sex offenders?
