Seemed like they dropped way off for awhile, but the last couple days they've been non stop.

(23,313 posts)All from spoofed local numbers. When I press #1 to accept the device (really to verbally kick someones ass) the recording says the number you have dialed is not in service, goodbye. So weird.

(51,590 posts)I always screen but I still have to hear the message, etc. It has been going on since I was 25. Did Reagun have something to do with this? Why can't it be stopped?

(10,051 posts)the calls would come in but not on the cell. Got rid of my house phone but get as many or more now on my cell.

(51,590 posts)but the callers have been getting that number too. The thing is that since I don't use it so how do they get my number? I use it maybe twice a month...it is for emergencies or if I go out and may need it. When I do look at it there is a TON of missed calls.

(10,187 posts)And they show some phony number placing the call. I never pick up if I dont recognize the number and block them afterwards it it doesnt any good.

(30,540 posts)I have to keep the phone turned off so they don't continually interrupt me from getting things done. Then when I turn it on I find call after call from scammers and a couple important ones that I missed.
