Expedited Subpoenas?

Should the Committee begin to call witnesses immediately? If they refuse, then send out the subpoenas.

If they refuse the subpoenas, take them immediately to Court.

Get the process started and over with as quick as possible.

Request for the Courts to expedite their decisions, due to the constitutional necessity of Congressional power.

Get the rascals under oath.

Hold them accountable.

win the first court case which will set a precedent for those to follow. Put the SOB's under oath where lying has consequences.

As with criminal indictments, we don't do things "immediately", simply because the blogosphere "knows" who's responsible.

After Labor Day I believe it will be full steam away. I’m not sure what rules are for recess.

I suspect they will be asking for witnesses? Subpoenas will probably be needed.

but will go straight to subpoenas and if they refuse, to court they go. I just hope they can get the justice system to work quite a bit faster. Somehow they have to move it along quickly.
