🔥 ARIZONA Maricopa County Board chair to AZ Senate GOP: The board has real work to do and little time to entertain this adventure in never-never land release whatever it is and be prepared to defend any accusations in court #ArizonaFraudit #TheBigLie 🤥

Replying to @JenAFifield
Dominion also won't be responding to a subpoena asking for passwords to their machines:
"Dominion is not a public officer or public body and, therefore, has no obligation to make its records available for public inspection."

Related, the county says it will respond to the records request from the Senate asking for the same information demanded in the subpoenas. Recorder Stephen Richer says he will work with Senate to provide voter registration information & more.

(11,071 posts)I'm sure they all voted for Trump, but once they were accused of fixing the election, that was too far for them to put up with his b/s. Kinda like that SoS in Georgia.

@RonFilipkowski
Maricopa Supervisors just rejected AZ Sens latest subpoenas. There was no fraud. There wasnt an injection of ballots from Asia, nor was there a satellite that beamed votes into our elections equipment. Its time for all elected officials to tell the truth. From @brahmresnik

Supervisors Jack Sellers and Bill Gates address the media, Sellers says that the county has provided everything to the senators they can legally respond to. Gates said their request is not a serious request, its political theater.

The Maricopa County Supervisors are not providing anything further to the Arizona Senate under the latest subpoena. Here's a statement from the chairman and a link to the letter sent shortly before 1 pm https://maricopa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/70435/Final-Signed-Letter-to-Senators

Its 1pm and the county has issued its response to the Senates new subpoena: the county will not hand over the routers or the splunk logs to the Senate

Dominion has also rejected the Senates new subpoena. CEO John Poulos says Dominion isnt a public body and has no obligation to make its records available for public inspection.

(37,748 posts)Mr. Sellers, I think you gave the lowest mental common denominators their next idiot talking point. And of course, some idiot will ask "did you do my job and call to verify my lie?"
That's what we love and hate about the idiot GOP... they're lazy enough to believe whatever they need to.

AZ is still hardcore Dumdum country In some ways, it was the one state that went for Biden that they could hope to destroy faith in the election process.
They failed. Thanks, Maricopa County.

(21,635 posts)the board has already provided more information than any legit auditor would ever need and the ninjas are just making absurd requests at this point HOPING for a no answer so then they can play the "what are they hiding" game. Because they have NOTHING.
They may as well ask the board for cookie recipes because that is just as irrelevant to this effort as the other things they are asking for (like routers)

(3,880 posts)And this past weekend, the senate reached a tipping point when Senator Urgenti-Rita declared the audit to be a botch. There are now a majority of Arizona senators who appear ready to vote to reject the results.
But in spite of the fact that some Republicans in Arizona are seeing the light, so to speak, it remains a state where the Republican party electoral history is incredibly stupid, backward and insane.
