https://www.cnet.com/news/star-wars-galactic-starcruiser-trips-will-cost-at-least-4809/Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser is an upcoming fully immersive two-night Disney World hotel experience that looks absolutely incredible. The Florida attraction also has an absolutely incredible price: $4,809 for two guests, which works out to about $1,200 per guest per night.
The attraction, which lets you spend a couple of nights aboard a spaceship in a galaxy far, far away, opens in spring 2022. The cost per person goes down a little as your party grows. Three guests (two adults and one child) will cost $5,299 total, or about $885 per guest per night, and four guests (three adults and one child) will cost $6,000 total, or about $750 per guest per night.
Those rates are for standard cabins, which can fit up to five people. Pricing for the fancier Galaxy Class Suite (which can accommodate four people) and Grand Captain Suite (which can fit up to eight) hasn't been revealed.
For your Star Wars-inspired meals, the package includes two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners and one quick-service meal (which includes an entree and drink) per guest. Outside this, nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages will cost extra.

(10,969 posts)But then, I'm a big fan of escape rooms. Seems somewhat close to that.
Were I to do it, I'd probably get a group of friends. Not really a huge Star Wars fan, though. So I can't see myself spending that kind of bank on it. However, I've spent money on dumber things.

(2,971 posts)This will be a totally immersive live action roleplaying exercise, aimed at hardcore Star Wars fans with extensive knowledge of that fictional universe. The typical inhabitant of Idiocracy would look around, confused, saying Whut? I dont get it. Gimme another beer.
Whereas the typical guest here will be interacting with the cast, plotting how to foil the New Order.
