If Abbott and TX Repubs had focused on controlling the virus as much as suppressing votes......

Maybe they would not be in such bad shape in Texas. Abbot needs to resign and let someone competent run things.

There is not a competent republican in any office in Texas. All they care about is money and power. They do not give a fuck about anyone living in Texas, or anywhere else.

Especially once it was clear Biden was going to win. This is by design. They’re betting people will vote for them cause their anti-government and they’re trying to prove government doesn’t work every single day. They’re banking on Dems getting more blame than they do for this catastrophe.
