There should be 67 elected County School Superintendents filing a lawsuit already. The Governor has no such authority to order the DOE to withhold salaries, and I'm pretty sure the county pays the salary anyway. And as I and others keep saying, no court in Florida would allow that to happen anyway.

I'd also like to point out one thing I haven't seen yet: Notice that he has completely abandoned the ridiculous/fake "medical" reasons to ban mask mandates and has pivoted right to the fiction called "parental rights" once he found out he couldn't remove school funding.
