They ignore his accomplishment in getting the infrastructure bill through the Senate and seek to tarnish him by association with a scandal figure!

Biden isn't even the one with the allegations, yet they bring it up. The other side totally ignores Trump's allegations and he is directly the one accused. And through it all we get no real news from the media, just a bunch of tabloid-style bullshit.

In the meantime, the real important stuff like the latest evidence against Trump trying to use the DOJ to steal the election is not being mentioned enough if at all. Even worse, it is being framed as "democrats' obsession with trying to destroy Trump" (a quote from Senator GrASSley) by the right-wing media.

We have been dumbed down to the point where we are going to lose the republic if something doesn't change.

They are corporate owned and most of the CEO's are money grubbing republicans. They are told who to go after and what to ask. They repeat the same question in multiple ways to the point of exasperation. They crave scandal. Ratings, ratings, ratings. There are plenty of scandal worthy issues from republicans but, they only warrant barely a squeak from reporters. But, if a male democrat accidentally tickles a flab roll on a woman, it triggers the ratings driven scandal they so desire. TFG's multiple sexual assaults, (credibly) alleged actual rapes, McConnell's deals with Russian mob bosses, Gaetz statutory rape and human trafficking, not to mention all the republican governors turning a blind eye to the deaths and suffering they are perpetuating due to Covid 19 and its variants, especially Delta.

About the only journalist/reporter that hit the republicans hard (and was trustworthy) was Keith Olbermann. And he was eventually drummed out as was Dan Rather (trustworthy again) for showing a photocopy of one of GWB's service records instead of the original.

That's why these asinine questions are repeatedly asked. They're always poking for that next ratings bonanza scandal. Especially if it's a democrat.
