Why do the GOPigs want to murder us all?

That seems to be their objective. They want to eliminate all regulations on pure food and drugs, workplace health and safety, police accountability, air and water pollution, etc. On top of that, they reject common sense public health measures to control and to eliminate this pandemic. I can't tell if they are just ignorant, in thrall to big business, or just plain evil. It's a puzzlement.

4. From what I can tell they are Royalists at heart

Wherein the uber-wealthy (individuals and big corporations) are Royalty.

They think there is an 'natural order', and there are 'rightful rulers' in this world, and those are the people who are the most financially successful.

Though, that authority is contingent on those people 'looking like themselves', in most senses of the word.

They see these regulations (as well as unions and workers rights) as being detrimental to the Royalty, inhibiting their ability to accumulate ever more wealth.

Basically they want our Government of The People to have minimum power, and rich people and corporations to have all of it.

Fighting public health measures recommended by that Government is just a manifestation of that mentality, as they want to contribute to undermining its authority in any way possible.

5. It's a combination of ignorance, money grabbing and just plain evil.

We are reaping the fruits of decades of failed public education. Most people have absolutely no idea what the Constitution says or does and how the government works.

Bought and paid for handymen and women working on projects for the Kochs.

Who benefits, they do. They own all kinds of products and all the kinds of industries besides oil.

They tried to win the Presidency in the 1980s, they lost but invested into running the Country through their minions, think tanks, and industry.
