1. I caught the tail end of an interview with her.

She is well qualified for the job. I think she will help stabilize the tumult this office has been under for the past few months.

2. Kathy Hochul will make an excellent Democratic governor of New York.

And we are ready to get behind her.

3. I hope this will be a happy ending for NY.

4. She may be a fine person, a competent administrator, and a wise and decisive executive....

but can she cope with New York politics and politicians?

5. She's gonna be OK. There's the Democratic trifecta in NY state.

The main players in the state senate and state assembly will have her back.

6. She's done quite well up to now with New York politics and politicians.

And she is, herself, a New York politician.
