The Republican-controlled Senate in Arizona has issued subpoenas for Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to turn over routers that were used in the election, security information for accessing tabulating machines, network data logs, mail-ballot envelopes, certain voter registration records and any records related to alleged data breaches around the time of the election.
The Republican-controlled Board of Supervisors has refused to honor the subpoenas. The state Senate is looking in to taking legal action against the county.
