(596 posts)The Republican-controlled Senate in Arizona has issued subpoenas for Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to turn over routers that were used in the election, security information for accessing tabulating machines, network data logs, mail-ballot envelopes, certain voter registration records and any records related to alleged data breaches around the time of the election.
The Republican-controlled Board of Supervisors has refused to honor the subpoenas. The state Senate is looking in to taking legal action against the county.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
