at least some of these mouth beathers showing up at public meetings are paid actors.
yeah, i know, the ct nuts talk about that shit all the time. projection. they do it, they assume we do.
there was a twitter thread posted a while back w pics of some of these nuts.
some do it every day, have no visible means of support, AND had imbd profiles.
we didnt know what hit us then, but there's no excuse now.
make these fuckers show their id's when they go to any kind of meeting, and feel free to block their asses if they arent affected by the decisions.
willing to bet those a lot of those cretins at the tenn school board meeting did.not.have.kids.in.those.schools.
sure, there are fellow travelers to be found, but they arent leaders and they arent organizers and they ARENT THE MONEY.
follow the money.

(73,419 posts)my rep, jan schakowsky, had one, and they got wind that it could get ugly.
they lined up as many friendlies as they could, including me.
afterward, they said they did not recognize any of the shouters.
they had sign in sheets, and many were not from the district.

(25,355 posts)They hire people for all kinds of settings, from Tea Party at town hall meetings to thugs disrupting the vote count in Florida in 2000 to extras at TFG's rallies. Violent disrupters at BLM rallies, too.
They yell about fake news while they provide fake people to create their own fake news.

(12,713 posts)The Tennessee public school board meetings aftermath in the parking lot with those assholes threatening the life of a doctor, I was thinking didnt the GQP make it legal to run over protesters blocking traffic? If ever there was a need to plow through some shit, that was it. But, as they obviously were, and the protester said, all those cops there were on the side of the Terrorists.

(3,147 posts)But where the hell are the good GOP voters" complaints about this astro-turfed thuggery? Or are they all, every damned one of them, passively complicit? In which case, of course, there are no good people among GOP voters because they are all of them, every stinking one of them, no better than the thugs-for-hire breaking up Town Hall Meetings and, for chrissakes, School Board meetings.

(12,532 posts)That bald heavy set guy, I've seen him before. He looked like their leader. He just looks sooo familiar.
In case someone snarky claims do a Google search. I did. And no ones idenity was commented on by the corporate media.
But I would swear I've seen that bald guy and even that dark haired guy acting all angry sounded and looked like a guy off an LA California set then someone who lives in a small southern town.
No accents on any of them, except the cop.
This was staged but the corporate media is pretending otherwise. You would think they would have interviewed at least the bald guy and the dark haired good looking guy....bad casting, he should have at least had bad teeth ( joke....no not all people in TN have bad teeth like me....

that Roger was among the "organizers," and had significant influence on the day's events. But in terms of tacticians per the violence, I think it was Steve Bannon, who has a deeper background on how to turn a crowd into a weapon of violence. Roger = political history, Bannon = military history.

"There. Is. No. Fucking. Tea. Party. There is just the same, old, rage-drunk, bigoted GOP "base" now wearing funny hats...a Koch-funded, Fox-endorsed, Reich-wingnut GOP re-branding sham.
And if you "follow the money," it will lead to to the usual suspects, starting with the Koch brothers.
