Did the former guy get bribed by the Taliban in any way?

To get the co-founder of the Taliban Abdul Baradar released from a Pakistan prison, and 5,000 Taliban fighters from prisons for money for his PAC's,, or for favors ? Maybe for this rush to retake the country to make Biden look bad. When it was announced from the start I felt his intentions were corrupt. I always suspected he's done this before with N.K. And others.

Maybe. But there's also his natural inclination to cozy up to authoritarians everywhere Walleye Aug 2021 #1

So your question is a very legitimate one.

The horse's ass-whisperers he admires, powerful dictators, are all enemies of the U.S. Putin's my best guess too, but any would have been happy to advise him.

tRump ran on getting out of Afghanistan. With toxic advice from the subversive extremists he surrounded himself with and imo almost certainly influence from foreign enemies, he made a deal with the advancing Taliban to mostly cease their advances while he drew down our troops to almost nothing, setting a date for final withdrawal of May 1, 2021. Regardless of whether he or Biden was president, we know now the end was going to go bad and look bad for the U.S.

The Taliban are the product of madrassas on the Pakistan border funded by the Wahhabis and other Islamic fundamentalists.
