Vaccine religious exemptions and the right to work law.
This church is granting religious exemptions for vaccines so you supposedly won't get fired if you don't get vaccinated.
The right to work law is truthfully the right to fire employees law.
Do you think conservatives are really going to want this one to fly? Just think of all the religious exemptions that could be brought up to avoid being fired under the right to work laws?
You just need to find a cooperative pastor.

(10,075 posts)Means no one has to pay dues or fair share even if they get the benefits of the union. Encourages freeloaders and undercuts union membership.
Employment at will means you can be fired for any reason (except certain forms of discrimination, good luck proving it, and if you are protected by a union contract) and your only recourse is collecting unemployment.
