13 early voting days next year.
6 days after 2022.
No ballot drop boxes
Must have an excuse to mail in your vote.
What are acceptable reasons to mail in???

All voters should have relatively equal access to vote. X number of machines per Y number of voters with no longer than a 1 hour wait time to vote.
