My sister's facebook was hacked and the email and password

and does anyone know if there is a way for her to get her account back? She was unable to report it due to not being able to log in. I reported but it doesn't ask for any evidence at all so I have nor explanation just a category and click. So anyone know what she can do?

They will give a way to get back in (be patient).

The hacker also changed my 2FA authentication making it even tougher.

If she never put a phone number, or email it might be a problem.

so that Facebook isn't recognizing hers now. It keeps wanting her to log in.

She can change her password, but maybe she can't receive a 2FA code.

Do everything you can and be patient while FB gets back to you... Can take days

Couldn't log in. To get it back they wanted additional identification that I did not want to give them. Tried to contact them but it was a dead end they never replied to emails. Gave up. Other people can see my page but I can't get to it. People have suggested that I just make a new account, but I haven't decided.
