That desire for the teachers in our kids classroom to be able to gaze at our child's uncovered face.

Really, it's necessity-level shit ... like air, food, clothing, shelter, etc ... there's the need for the teacher to see your kids face! People forget that!

Makes absolutely zero sense. Why on earth would that even matter to anyone...ever, let alone for a school term during a pandemic? We have kid's in our tennis group who home schooled, online schooled, never even met a teacher and have gone on to freakin MIT for goodness sake.

The kid reads from a text book or laptop, the teacher maybe writes on a chalk board, teacher maybe asks a few questions of the class, then the kid fills out a quiz or test and teacher grades it.

At least come up with some reason like religion or something. Teacher needs to see her kid's face? Not even sure WTH that even means.
