I think rump lined this all up, to fail via not by calculated plan, but that he was a sucker for anything and everything, and is a moron of the highest order, hence why he's declared bankruptcy at least four times. Apparently they also didn't include run of the mill Afghans either in any negotiated settlements...

Rump and Pompeo had four years to do something about this situation but pretty well didn't, other than put blinders on. Of course rump and republicans, bad-mouthing the 'evil' Iranians didn't help, and Russia, Pakistan, with strong regional ties to Afghanistan, added to the toxic mix.

This all happened despite the fact that rump was 'best buddies' w/ the Russians...what happened rump? Got stood up by your buddies (or did you do it deliberately?). I suspect that rump did this deliberately.

18. You are quite correct with so much of this except......

I do NOT think we can give Trump (AKA: IQ45 - TFG - etc....) ANY credit for actually planning this.
He NEVER had a plan- he NEVER had a policy - his 'leadership' was what I call "Pinball Leadership" - say something, do something, and then wait until somebody cries, screams, complains, then say something or do something else.
His entire administration was dictated by whoever has his ear just before he says anything - THAT was his policy (and THAT was driven by whatever means he could be making some money out of it.).
Afghanistan was like everything else - if he didn't have a proposed hotel or golf course there, it just didn't matter. I would put money on the fact that he couldn't even draw a map of the Middle East and correctly locate "Af-what-ever-the-hell-it-is" (as he would say after he left the stage....).
Yes, he probably WAS stood up by his 'besties' - and he doesn't even know or care who they were and at this point doesn't care even now.........
