every county is in the red or deep red
(you've got to scroll down and click from lowest to highest in the per 100,000 link)
to compare to for example New York where no county is above 48.5 per 100,000
pretty astounding since Florida has relatively average vaccinations rate-I believe the highest among traditionally Republican states-how bad could this get in the Deep South/Gulf states

(27,684 posts)There is a neighborhood newsletter that I get on every once in a while. It covers my community n others in about a 10 mile radius, as far as I can tell. The topic comes up about vaccines n the pro n cons people post. Its scary as hell to know what my neighbors are saying about their rights n how they feel about the uninformed marching with what the government orders. I dont think Ill ever be w/o my masks again. The theories n attitudes are ridiculous. I dont get involved anymore..its maddening and I feel my blood pressure coming to a boil.

(1,977 posts)I dont know how I stumbled on this video (or watched it all) but I love this guy. From grains of wheat on a chess board to oil consumption and population growth he brings it home plus I realized how a newspaper heading can sound benign (crime up 7% this year) or scary (crime has doubled in 10 years.
If this was the path COVID took without vaccines wed be in deep shit.
