Elephant murder done by the LaPierrre-heads - sick

Warning: if you love elephants like me and most all of us on this board and across america, this video will be very disturbing. If you abhor watching animals be killed for no reason, watch at your own peril - disgust and tears likely to occur.
It shows two elephants being murdered, for fun, for trophy, for a thrill, one quick one slow, by the demented leader of the national rifle association, and his demented wife. She actually thinks cutting off the elephants tail for identification, is 'cool'.

The judas iscariot guides are not much better, egging on the demented pair with when to wait, where to shoot, and back slapping with sickening praise afterwards, as if they had just stopped a mass shooting in the Okavango Delta.
This is not hunting, it is shooting big fish in a barrel, and giggling about it.

After guides tracked down an elephant for her, Susan killed it, cut off its tail, and held it in the air. “Victory!” she shouted, laughing. “That’s my elephant tail. Way cool.”

I’m okay with hunting as a sport as long as it’s only allowed when it corresponds with a wildlife management strategy. For example white-tailed deer, alligators, feral hogs. I don’t think we have enough elephants to allow for hunting.

I hunt and eat what I kill. You may agree or disagree, but if you meat, something must die. This, however is senseless killing.

There is no way to support it.

Gland, Switzerland, 25 March 2021 (IUCN) - Following population declines over several decades due to poaching for ivory and loss of habitat, the African forest elephant (Loxodonta cyclotis) is now listed as Critically Endangered and the African savanna elephant (Loxodonta africana) as Endangered on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species™. Before today’s update, African elephants were treated as a single species, listed as Vulnerable;

The latest assessments highlight a broadscale decline in African elephant numbers across the continent. The number of African forest elephants fell by more than 86% over a period of 31 years, while the population of African savanna elephants decreased by at least 60% over the last 50 years.
Both species suffered sharp declines since 2008 due to a significant increase in poaching, which peaked in 2011 but continues to threaten populations. The ongoing conversion of their habitats, primarily to agricultural and other land uses, is another significant threat. The 2016 IUCN African Elephant Status Report provides the most recent reliable estimate of the continental population of the two species combined, at around 415,000 elephants.

Steppenwolf had a psychedelic style hit song circa 70s, the 'Pusher' with a lyric 'God damn, the Pusher'.
Corollary song: God damn, the Poacher. God damn, God, the Poacher man.
