Can be cheaply produced by anyone, there are no patents covering it's production so it is not highly profitable. That is part of the "conspiracy" that is being claimed, that since there is no significant profit to be had with ivermectin, "Big Pharma" wants you to avoid it in favor of more expensive and profitable alternatives.

Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Slovakia, Czech Republic, parts of India, South Africa plus more - most of South America. Just search the web.

Ivermectin is mainly used in third world countries to fight river blindness and encephalitis. Some scientists claim it also has anti inflammatory properties. Many countries cannot get vaccines and use whatever drugs they have.

To fight COVID. No it's not proven to be effective, but there are Doctors using it regularly in many countries where better options are not readily available. It might work, it might not, the jury is still out. But those that are pushing the narrative that these are all quacks pushing horse pills are being very dishonest in not reporting the entire story and are focusing on a few idiots misinterpreting the reports and running out and taking vet meds.
