For conspiring to undermine federal or state election results ? We're seeing these lawyers facing consequences for their fraudulent lawsuits now, so will companies brought in to intentionally undermine the results by politicians hiring them to falsely manufacture evidence to get the results the politicians want. Wouldn't both groups be liable in both criminal, and civil courts? Fixing election results is a crime, isn't it?

(21,234 posts)asking why our DOJ didn't intervene? Federal laws were broken; Title 52 - Voting and Elections - Subtitle I and II.
Ballots, voting systems, and other election materials are no longer in the custody of election officials.
Now I hear they are doing it in my state, Pennsylvania. The excuse I heard before was we had no confirmed head of the civil rights division of DOJ but now we have a confirmed head, an excellent person, Kristen Clarke, so what is the excuse now?

(21,234 posts)how do I know that DOJ isn't secretly investigating? It upsets me, that answer sounds like a Donald Rumsfeld answer.
The thing is that these Cyber Ninjas have the cover, protection, of the state GQP legislators requesting them to do the fraudit. It is going to take federal intervention to stop this, and all I know is, to quote Sgt. Schultz, "I see nothing."

(36,413 posts)I'm not an election expert, but I can't believe some federal election laws weren't broken. This kind of fuckery will be the GOP blueprint for all elections that they lose going out, cuz we did nothing. No one can demoralize the democratic base better than democrats.
