When rudy was being sworn in as Mayor back in the 90's and this particular spawn ran around on stage being a complete AND incomplete maroon. He was sucking every last breath of energy from the ceremony. "Look at me! Look at me!"

I knew then, this petulant privileged son would go on to become a petulant priveleged grown man.

He wants to be his own brand. That red hat is like having an arm band. Don’t you just love these grifters? He is trying to develop his own brand. The effects of too much alcohol, sexual dominance, hard drugs has not rendered his brain to mush to the point melted hair dye is running down his face. All he has to do is keep up his Trump credentials without getting too close and develop his own message to get on a ballot. 13. I Recognize Where He Is...

Having grown up in the Bronx, I recognize that area as the Cross Bronx Expressway. He might be at the 174th street west bound section. Now generally, this stretch of highway carries the most traffic especially during rush hour because of the commercial traffic and tractor trailers heading toward the George Washington Bridge. But I digress, the NYC DOT generally keeps the highways clean (I mean such as it is) and Andrew Giuliani is engaging in a publicity stunt (a dangerous one at that, given the level of traffic everyday). This highway was one of Robert Moses' pet project that Bronxites absolutely despised (My grandmother lost her house from the eminent domain used to condemn her house because it was in the path of the highway) To her dying day, she cursed the name of Robert Moses and you couldn't even speak it in her presence.
