Kid Rock cancels shows after "superspreader" Sturgis rally performance: "Half the band has f***covid

Kid Rock on Twitter has been forced to cancel two shows in Fort Worth, Texas, because “over half the band has f****** covid”, he has said.


The controversial US singer, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, was scheduled to perform at Billy Bob’s on 27 and 28 August.

As the United States reels from a resurgence in COVID-19 cases due to the Delta variant, the entertainer addressed “s*** for brains bloggers and media trolls”, saying many of the band members who have tested positive were vaccinated against Covid-19.

This comes after Kid Rock played to a “packed house” at the 10-day Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota on 8 August, which health officials are calling a “superspreader event”.

Following his performance at Sturgis, Kid Rock gloated that “there is nothing the mainstream media or internet and social media trolls can do but look at this pic and weep, knowing they will never beat us”.

Whenever I see some prominent Cons getting Covid, I think that they could at least be a teaching moment or example to the vaccine hesitant, but I've learned it doesn't even matter one bit anymore. Conservatives refuse to learn lessons from others, the only time it is meaningful to them is when it happens in their own family, and even then it's not guaranteed.

It's a group of people the Republican party has cultivated that are incapable of empathy and of learning through others.

Almost no one saying, "Maybe you should listen to your doctors." It was all cheerleading around Ivermectin even when they person was taking a turn for the worse. They were cheering them when they refused to be admitted to the hospital. They were saying things like, 'Don't worry, you did everything right, you'll be OK, you took Ivermectin."

Not a single mention of how this person would have been OK if they would have been vaccinated that I saw.

And here's how crazy they are, they think that if you get checked into a hospital it's akin to being kidnapped, so they encourage people to fight being admitted.

When the person was known to have died, the thread continued and it showed zero awareness that the advice in the thread killed the person. It's insane, not one mind changed over multiple deaths in the thread. Ended full speed ahead on fake cures, rejection of science and modern medicine, and of turning a health issue into some perverted freedom issue.
