15. I remember her when she was on American Idol

It was bizarre that she won, as her talent was pretty mediocre up against some really exceptional performers. You'd think she'd be a bit more humble and grateful. If she hadn't won, no one would know who she was. Cutesy sweet blonde country singers are a dime-a-dozen.

I've never cared much for her in any way, but now that she's pushing the anti-vaccine agenda, I've gone from indifference to loathing.

for a few years back then. Not usually my kind of show, but my son liked it at the time and I got hooked in spite of myself. I think Bo Bice was possibly the best performer I'd seen on the show. We really thought there was no doubt he'd win, so perky little Carrie was quite a shock. I know many Americans have terrible taste, but I still think that win was fishy. She is a generic pretty face and as you say, a mediocre singer.

and had to stop mid tour. I went to two of his concerts after that. He is very talented. I met him two times and he was very friendly. However later I found out that he supported Trump. 🤦🏽?♀️ I’m trying to remember but I think he said some negative things about Hillary. That was in 2016. I don’t know if he ever changed his mind.
