8. I don't think they did (I was just listening not watching). I suspect producers intentionally threw

the ball to Willie Geist, as I'd guess that they got blowback from the total lack of objectivity of Mika and the revisionist history being promoted by A'hole Joe. But, they still brought on the hyperbolic and intensely self-righteous to do anything BUT offer alternatives.

the public's collective memory is short..we've moved on: the hurricane's devastating aftermath..covid and it's multitude of variants...anti-vaxxers martyring their dead children..no one is listening to the woulda coulda shoulda so-called war experts..they've had a 20 year run...it's time for them to shrink back into the shadows, write their books no one will read and wait patiently for the next war...there's always a next war...

6. I agree. I heard most of it. She is turning possibility into supposed absolute fact for something

that she knows has not happened. I worry about those left behind too, but none of the MSM seems willing to admit that they were warned months ago. I don't doubt that the obstacles, including our issuance of visas, may have been an issue for some. But, they don't identify who these supposed Americans are and their reasons for staying nor do they even try to report how many are willingly staying as part of NGO efforts that preceded the Taliban and will likely remain for decades to come.

The reporting on this entire effort has been abysmal, exploiting ready emotional responses at the expense of accuracy and objectivity.
