Here's why all eyes are on the Supreme Court tonight:
All the Supreme Court has to do to effectively end the protections of Roe v. Wade, to allow abortion bans to go into effect, all they need to do is do nothing tonight.

(18,613 posts)Some States MAY choose to follow TX and institute a 6 week restriction on abortions.
There will be other States (most) with normal rules...
BUT... this would be a crushing blow for Womens Health Advocacy.

(34,286 posts)The tattle tale part of the bill has got to be unconstitutional....
Whatever they "decide", is permanent and final, so they've kicked the can....
They did not allow an injunction, but they also did not disallow an injunction yet...
Yes, the Texas law is now in effect....But they can either affirm the law or allow an injunction...Time will tell....
