If you live in Texas

And are worried about the state of things I have a link for you.

https://www.amazon.com/Emergency-Contraceptive-Tablet-Compare-One-Step/dp/B00NKMY5E2/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=plan+b&qid=1630560956&sr=8-1

Generic Plan B for $8.29. I know people who've used it- it works. Stock up.

Also, Dollar Tree has pregnancy tests and tests, they do work. If you or someone you know is of reproductive age stock up and use one monthly. Catch it early.
Amazon has an incredible deal: 40 pregnancy test strips for under $13. It's around $0.32 a test.

https://www.amazon.com/Accu-Clear-Pregnancy-Strips-Accurate-Tests/dp/B08LJ6676L/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2AJWRV81D9OA8&dchild=1&keywords=accuclear+pregnancy+strips&qid=1630569971&rdc=1&sprefix=accucl&sr=8-3

AidAccess is mailing pills even if you don't have a confirmed pregnancy. If you can get the funds it would be a good idea to keep one in the medicine cabinet.

This never should have happened. The suggestions above won't help everyone but it's a start.

We need immediate solutions that will support people who could become pregnant in the near future. The Plan B and Aid Access can be delivered through the mail. Are they going to sue the post office? The Amazon driver who doesn't know what they're delivering?

Pregnancy tests in bulk? So what. Maybe someone is trying for a pregnancy. No one can prove otherwise.

Instead of formulating a plan to beat them then we will never get our if this mess.

This is the immediate need. Focus on this tonight. Other states will follow. Stock up now before it happens where you or your loved ones are.

Do not get caught unaware.

I'm in Missouri and I'm furious. I have a 21 year old daughter and I know my state legislature will be chomping at the bit to enact similar. My baby will be affected.

This is exactly what I would do for my child. There's a time to be upset and dazed. We are past that time. We have to be proactive and make it as difficult as possible for them to actually win.

Have someone go in and buy in bulk. Mark a date on the calendar and take a test every month on that day. Catch a pregnancy early. Donate Aid Access to someone in Texas so it is on hand at the earliest sign of a positive test. Have it all on hand so no one needs to leave the house.

Beat them at their game.

People of reproductive age will still have unplanned pregnancies. We need to address the immediate need in front of us-how to treat them- while still focusing on everything it entails.

1) Use birth control every time.
2) Stock up on generic Plan B ahead of time. If there is a bc mishap use immediately.
3) Buy several months worth of pregnancy tests. Take one every 28-30 days, even if you're using bc correctly. Mistakes happen-catch them asap.
4) Aid Access will now allow people to order in advance wo proof of pregnancy. If you can afford it, buy one to keep on hand. Don't need one? Ask to donate to cause that will send one to someone who can't afford it.
5) If pregnant take your Aid Access abortion pills exactly as written asap. Don't talk about it unless you have no option. Look at anyone as suspicious. $10,000 is plenty to have a neighbor, coworker or cousin turn people in and name random names as assisting in an abortion.

We need to be practical now.

Also, get a basal body thermometer and do daily checks plotting them on a graph.

If you are diligent you can determine your ovulation date within one to three days. This is a excellent way to identify the actual date of conception which is very important when using the morning after pill.

I would still use test taking but using a BBT graph is exceptionally accurate in determining the best day for self administration of the pill when pregnancy testing isn't always accurate.

I menopause about 8 years ago, and I don't live in Texas. But this law leaves me feeling so enraged that I am in danger of grinding my teeth into oblivion!!! I don't have a lot of money, but if a secure and anonymous way of donating money to women who will need it could be set up, I would scrape together whatever cash I could come up with in an effort to help. May the Evilgelical Talibornagains completely and utterly fail to ban safe and legal abortion. May patriarchy fall!!!

if you stock up, it had best be for the long haul. Don't think any supplies will last.

If women are terrorized by TX men's reproduction laws now, don't think they'll stop at the pregnancy part.

This war hasn't lasted millennia for no reason.

File a charge on every single wife and female family member of every Texas official as aiders and abettors of a pro-choice persons under this new law.

Every single wife of every Texas official. THEY become defendants under this law.

Let's see whether or not their men pay, just who, exactly, pays their $10,000 bail.

Let's see how the Texas witch hunts begin. Let's see how the anti-woman war goes forward after that.

Where are the Texas women lawyers? Are they all going to be defendants, too?

Where are the Texas male allies of women?

That's right, sitting on their privilege-loving, superior asses, putting the undue burden on all their family women and women friends.

ARE abortions. In the short term, there's only one solution. Shut 'em off. No sex unless the guy can provide proof he's had a vasectomy. Women aren't brood mares.

If they outlaw Plan B....(There is currently a bill filed)

It would have to be sent to someone in another state and then that person can send it to Texas...

However, the sale would not be illegal until the state bans Plan B..
Currently Plan B is legal in Texas

I hope I'm not stepping on any toes because I don't live in Texas but I'm pretty sure that a similar law will come (back) to Georgia soon. Ultimately, I will get my tubes tied but I'm kind of nervous about that procedure.
