He used to be headquartered in Louisiana, then he moved to Colorado several years ago. We did work for him in both states.
A few days ago his family thought he was getting better, even though he was still in the hospital but not intubated. Then suddenly he died. He was only in his 40s.
I never liked him. He made an ass out of himself while drunk at an industry conference. He said something really gross to me about my boss, who was standing about five feet away, talking to someone else.
I recently found out that he was a MAGAt and a loudmouth anti-vaxxer.
I wont shed any tears for him.

He was on Oxygen for a couple days, had a good day and was put on the vent the next. He's older than me and I don't think he's vaxxed so I expect I'll see his obit soon.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
