Actor Michael K. Williams (The Wire, Boardwalk Empire, Lovecraft Country) has died

A relative found the 54-year-old actor dead in his apartment on Kent Ave. in Williamsburg about 2 p.m., cops said.

He's remember for his role as Omar in The Wire, but I think Chalky White in Boardwalk Empire was a more complex and demanding role, which he pulled off.
