If you've never had the opportunity to read a sovereign citizen's legal filings........enjoy!
Perhaps we should have a contest to see who gets the farthest.

(5,639 posts)our laws apply to them is that, if that is so, then they are here illegally and should be deported. But then that begs the question, where would we deport them to, and bottom line, who would accept them? Just an amusing thought experiment.

A lot of legal word salad blended with pure fantasy.
She asks that the Maritime Admiralty pay her bail. I think that is what she is saying.

(72,373 posts)They think that a court having yellow fringe on its flag means the laws don't apply to them. Don't ask me why. They portrayed it once in an episode of Law & Order.

She is also claiming that because she had ancestors here before 1776 that the laws don't apply to her.

(11,434 posts)I don't see any mention of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo: does this mean we're still subject to Spanish law? If so, can I claim EU citizenship - that would be cool!
And even though I read a lot of history, I'm not sure what the "Constitution of 1868" is. Isn't that the one that includes the 14th amendment, thus negating her claim to be a sovereign citizen? (I confess: I'm reading this out of context and don't feel like wading through pages of nonsense)

I read none of it.
I really wouldn't waste a moment of time on such drivel.
Yet, without reading it, I already know what it will say.
Go figure!
This is one contest I'm completely ok with losing.
