1. My first thought when I see someone claiming sovereign citizenship and denying that any of

our laws apply to them is that, if that is so, then they are here illegally and should be deported. But then that begs the question, where would we deport them to, and bottom line, who would accept them? Just an amusing thought experiment.

territorial waters. And if they attempt to return to the US, like all previously deported undocumented aliens, they are subject to imprisonment.

I don't see any mention of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo: does this mean we're still subject to Spanish law? If so, can I claim EU citizenship - that would be cool!

And even though I read a lot of history, I'm not sure what the "Constitution of 1868" is. Isn't that the one that includes the 14th amendment, thus negating her claim to be a sovereign citizen? (I confess: I'm reading this out of context and don't feel like wading through pages of nonsense)
