This young woman simply enters their world, speaks like they do, holds her views without shaming, makes them comfortable and hears why they feel the way they do. Listen to them. I know they’re wrong but listen. And she is amazing!

This is a discussion forum. Yes, the reporter did a fine job of getting them to talk, but you can't really expect people to ignore what they said. "Reporter gets people's views" is not surprising; "people refuse free life-protected treatment for reasons that don't make sense" still is.

17. I'm not condoning the name calling, but honestly when those of us who have

taken precautions, stopped getting our hair cut, spent time taking care of grandchildren and their schooling, missed important family events, dealt with food shortages, worn masks, and gotten vaccines see the level of misinformation and willful ignorance, especially in homage to The Former Guy, it's a little hard to be all sunshine, roses, and forgiveness.

These people are lazy. They are lazy, they lack a quality of self-discipline, and they have trouble committing to and executing a plan, of persisting in a plan through difficulty. They have built a mythology around themselves as hard workers, but I'd take a junior equities analyst over one of these guys any day of the week when it comes to hard work and stick-to-it-iveness. They are lazy and undisciplined.
