A group of women in Fort Collins, Colorado, have gone viral after a TikTok showed a man at the beach saying they were "flaunting" their bodies and comparing their bikinis to "pornography."

Two videos of the incident and a follow-up were posted on TikTok by user @ggarbagefairy, who states her name is Mia. Cumulatively, her three videos concerning the incident have gained over 4 million views. In one of the videos, one girl in the friend group said that most of them just turned 18 years old.

The man later responded in his own TikTok video, refusing to apologize for trying to "defend and protect young eyes."

In the first TikTok, which was posted on Tuesday, a man appears to walk up to the group of women on a beach, saying, "Why do you dress this way?"

The last decade or so of my life is proof that we are not over this. I endured years of sexual harassment, and lost opportunities, all thanks to "Well, just look at how she looks/dresses." I'm fully aware of what this article is about. It's about women having to endure some asshole's bullshit because he either doesn't like how they're dressed, or, how they're dressed gets their hormones going - so instead of taking responsibility for themselves, they blame "those damned women". The asshole in this article got fired? Swell. I'm glad. That's one of of... How many? How many act like this and get away with it? Get a pat on the back? I don't care what the exact number is - the answer is "too many". Even if one person gets away with acting like this jackass did, it's one too many. Again: My own Logan Dorn never faced punishment.
